I like to use a cookie scooper to scoop out cookie dough. Then place on a baking sheet about 1 inch apart from each other. Once cookie dough balls are placed on baking sheet, you’re going to place in the refrigerator while the oven preheats.
-The reason why we refrigerate is because the dough will be warm and we want the dough to be firm and hold its structure.

7
Preheat over for 350 degrees.
8
I take what I am going to use and place them under the oven for 12 mins.
-At this time if I don’t need a full a batch of cookies I take the cookie dough balls that I don’t need and place them in a freezer zip lock bag and freeze them until I am ready to use them.
8
Once cooled I place in an air tight glass container and enjoy with the family throughout the week.
