Ingredients
- One Box Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 lb ChickenBreast
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 Bunch of Broccoli
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- 2 tsp of Salt
- 4 tsp of Pepper
- 1 tbsp of Sazon
- 1 tbsp of Tony’s (or creole seasoning)
- 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp of Onion Powder
- 2 tsp of Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 cup of Queso Cheese
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil

In a small pot you’re going to chop broccoli, and steam. I like to add a tablespoon of butter and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix, Paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt , 1 tablespoon of pepper, Sazon, Tony’s, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and 1 teaspoon of Cayenne powder. Add your Chicken to a bowl and season with half of the seasoning mixture. Do the same to shrimp. Add shrimp to a bowl and season with the remaining seasoning mixture.

Heat olive oil in large skillet, then add your Chicken cook on each side until cooked. About 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove when done and set aside.

In the same skillet add shrimp and cook on each side for about 1 minute. When done remove and set aside. Turn off heat and set skillet aside for a moment.

Add noddles to a pot of boiling water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
(When noodles are cooked according to box directions, set aside.)

Shred chicken, and chop shrimp.

Now it’s time to start the cheese sauce, for your loaded shells. Heat your same skillet on medium low heat. Add heavy cream, queso, garlic paste, parmesan, mozzarella, teaspoon of salt, teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder. Mix well until smooth and remove from heat.

In a large bowl add broccoli, chicken, shrimp, and cheese sauce. Mix well. This will be the filling for your Shells.

In a large baking dish, take your cooked shells and stuff with Loaded Shrimp, Chicken, and Broccoli mixture. Aline your Shells in the baking dish.

Sprinkle Shells with sharp cheddar, then paprika.

Bake Shells in oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes uncovered.
