Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillet skin off or on
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne
- 1/2 tbsp old bay
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup of cliantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 diced avocados
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Clean Salmon and pat dry.

Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, paprika, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne, old bay, and onion powder. Mix well.

Lay salmon on baking sheet. Bake in oven on 400 degrees for 20 mins.

While salmon is baking, start to make you Avocado salasa. Mix cilantro, lime juice, avocado, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt, mix well.

Once salmon is cooked topped with Avocado Salsa.

- 4 cups of baby spinach
- 9 cups chopped rainbow swiss chard
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter

In a wok or large skillet on medium/ low heat, heat butter. Then add garlic. Cook until fragment.

Add spinach and Swiss Chard. mix well and drizzle with oilve oil.

Next add garlic and herb seasoning. Continue to mix well.

Remove from heat and sever.
